Reported by: The Voice of UK(Muzaffarabad Pakistan)The All Parties Conference (APC) in its meeting held here on Friday categorically rejected Indian government’s move to change demography of Occupied Kashmir and termed the act as illegal and against the United Nations’ resolutions.

The meeting presided over by AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan issued a declaration terming abrogation of Article 370 as a dirty conspiracy to change the status of Occupied Kashmir against the will of its people.

The APC strongly condemned this dirty game and said it has exposed nefarious designs of Narrinder Modi led government. Imposition of curfew resulted into restricted people into their homes and the so called government denied people of Kashmir to continue their political struggle for the UN recognized right to self determination.

The All Parties Conference condemned disruption of communication networks in the held valley. The Indian government not only involved in war crimes and genocide of Kashmiri people but also using different tactics to compel Kashmiris  on migration.

The APC in its declaration endorsed resolutions adopted by the Parliament and AJK Legislative Assembly.

The declaration suggested organizing Kashmir Conferences at national and international level, establishing Kashmir Desks in all big embassies of Pakistan and sending delegation abroad with representation of Hurriyat leaders to raise vociferous voice for the rights of Kashmiris.

The APC further suggested convening a committee to be presided over by Prime Minister to prepare recommendation for a big march towards Line of Control to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people.

It also suggested convening a special meeting of OIC, arranging protest demonstrations at London, Brussels, Washington DC and other important cities, acceleration of diplomatic struggle and withdrawal from all bilateral agreements with Indian including Simla agreement.

Conference suggested that Pakistan and AJK flags should be hoisted at every building in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir to demonstrate unity and convey a clear message to the world that the people of Pakistan and Kashmir will not accept any option on the issue of Kashmir contrary to the UN resolutions and wishes of its people.

The APC paid glowing tribute to the Kashmiri martyrs and lauded the morale of Hurriyat leaders and workers who are facing tortures at Indian jails.

The conference was attended amongst others by Chairman Kashmir Committee Syed Fakhar Imam and Leader of the opposition in Senate Raja Zafar-ul-Haq.

Youm-e-Dua wa Yak’Jehti-e-Kashmir” (Prayer and Solidarity Day with Kashmir) was observed throughout the state on Friday.

On the directives of AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan, the day was observed to denounce Indian atrocities on the innocent Kashmiris in the held valley.

Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan had directed all districts administration to observe the day in a befitting manner to convey a strong message to the world that Kashmiris will never bow down to Indian atrocities and dirty conspiracies.

Special prayers were offered for the success of Kashmir liberation movement after Friday prayers

Protest demonstrations, processions and rallies were taken out from Mosques and Imam Bargah’s after Namaz-e-Jumma to express solidarity with the Kashmiri brethren.

In the state capital Muzaffarabad, a large number of people at Central Jammia Mosque Saheli Sarkar expressed solidarity with the people of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir through unanimously adopted resolutions condemning Indian nefarious designs and aggression in Kashmir and Line of Control. It expressed grave concern over deteriorating human rights situation in the occupied valley and urged international community to take serious and immediate notice of the situation.

Addressing the protestors, speakers while addressing different demonstrations throughout the city condemned Indian state terrorism in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Protestors were holding banners and placards in their hands inscribed with pro freedom and anti India slogans.

They strongly rejected the revocation of Articles 370 and 350-A.
